30-Day Return Window: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including the jewelry box).

Custom & Final Sale Items: Any personalized, engraved, or custom-sized jewelry tailored specifically for you is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your sizing before ordering.
